3 weeks from today....

yep, 3 weeks from today the page turns and a new chapter begins.....

5 weeks....

in 5 weeks..... a new adventure begins and a new chapter in my life....

another month along...

wow.  now it's been another month plus 4 days....

More changes have occurred and more are yet to come...

Changes are good right?

One Month later....

Well I just noticed I  posted one month ago today........Man how things can change in a month......

hiatus

just going to take a hiatus from my life for a while....
I'll be back.

Trust

Sometimes you have to throw caution to the wind, and trust.

Trust in God and trust in others....

The scraproom is now the office...

So much for my sewing and scrapbooking room... it's been completely undone and redone.

The wall colors are Hemp on the top and ceiling. The ceiling is now a nice smooth ceiling with NO popcorn! That just may be my favorite part of the new room! The lower color is Crocodile. The stain on the baseboards and chair rail is Maple. It best matched the dark striations in the cherry wood floor.


We moved the ceiling fan from the living room into the office mainly because of the light situation, but also because the blades matched so well. The light is one of those new LED ones. There's not enough light to even consider it a night light! It's really pathetic, but we bought a nice lamp set and we don't usually use the overhead light in the office anyway. So now we have 4 lighting options!

Bruce came and put in the new plantation blinds. We chose the cherry wood that we used in the living room and dining area. They look nice and match very well!

Now we have a nice new room. If we could just get rid of that ugly old TV! It's on the list, but it's not in the budget yet to buy a flat panel TV. Eventually when we do it will be mounted just above there on the wall.

The last wall you can't see has a futon there for watching TV or incase we have a guest!
The next room will be tackled when I get back from Ruidoso. I hope this next one goes faster now that I have some experience!
